Suggestions:
-Instead of a Professional Summary, I would put a Purpose Statement (or Objective) that briefly describes what kind of position you are seeking. For example, "Seeking a full-time position as an entry-level civil engineer in structural design."
-For someone at your career level, the resume should be limited to one page. Reduce unnecessary white spaces and condense the information to just what is relevant. The font size could go down to Arial 10 point if needed. The resume is like a preview of who you are as a professional. Additional information can be given during an interview as needed. Treat the resume like your professional highlight reel instead of a detailed document.
-Change "Qualification" to "Education"
-Do not list out courses in the education section. Just include the university, program and degree, and graduation date or expected graduation date. Only include GPA if it is reasonably high.
-Since you have several jobs related to engineering, remove the Warehouse Associate position to save space.
-Reduce down the descriptions under each job to save space. For example, you could say "Reviewed and analyzed project documents for errors in Excel and Word" for the second point under the first job. Some of the descriptions that are very similar can be eliminated or combined.
-Once you get it down to one page, delete the page number from the footer of the document.
-Under the technical skills and courses section, eliminate those pertaining to Excel, Word, etc since those are covered in your work experience and common skills in today's workforce. Also eliminate the "preparing for" items
-General suggestion: read your resume from the perspective of a potential employer -- what information would you look for? If you had 25 resumes to read in a row, how would this one compare? Is the important information easily found?
Best of luck in your job search! It looks like you have some experience that will help give you a good foundation for your career.
