Mr. Bradley Kubiak, P.E., M.ASCE
Brad Kubiak serves as the Society Director from Region 1 and is the current Chair of the Board Strategic Advisory Committee and the Task Committee on Governance Reframing. He is based in Syracuse, NY and holds the position of Principal at Ramboll. In his role, Brad directs the NY/PA Engineering Practice, bringing his expertise as a geo-environmental professional engineer to manage legacy industrial projects for a diverse clientele, including both private and public entities. Additionally, Brad is committed to advancing strategic growth initiatives, particularly in the data center sector. Outside of work, Brad enjoys the outdoors, gardening, golfing and is an avid Buffalo Bills fan – BE GOOD. DO GOOD.

Dr. Kenneth Mika, DBA, P.E., BC.GE, F.ASCE
Ken serves as the Central Region Area Manager at Tetra Tech, bringing extensive experience in construction quality assurance and environmental remediation program delivery. He excels in client management, strategic planning, and business development, with a proven ability to align innovative, tailored solutions to client objectives. Ken’s leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, multidisciplinary problem-solving, and a strong commitment to project excellence.
A licensed Professional Engineer and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Ken’s expertise spans both technical and organizational domains. His doctoral research examined leadership and culture within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, integrating these insights into his practice to strengthen team performance and drive meaningful, measurable outcomes for clients.
Ken is also a Fellow of the and previously served as an ASCE Director and Chair of the Board Strategic Advisory Committee, where he guided implementation of the ASCE Strategic Plan. Dedicated to advancing sustainable practices and improving project delivery, Ken remains committed to achieving superior results across every initiative he leads.
