    Firstly we should get coaching of GATE or IES and then on the basis of GATE's ranking we can get a job or good college for Masters.

    In today's scenario, It is always better to do PG instead of Job, if you don't have any financial responsibility towards your family.

    According to It Depends On Your Present Condition.if,your enable to get a govt. job just after completing your Grad. then i think you should opt. for it as it is Much better option and You Can complete your Post. Graduation After a year or so.
    But,If You Confident enough about your future and Scores Quite Well in Your academic prospective then you should Opt. For Your Post Garduation.Also,if you are Having Strong Financial background and Free From any Kind Social/Family Binding then you should'nt have to Worry About And went through your Post Graduation.
    N.B - So,The Decision Your's Only Other's Could Guide You Up There But You Have To Make Your Steps.

    I think according to present condition you have to do job, then concentrate on higher education by this you can get experience on the field and it will helpful in further studies and also provide more opportunity in future.
