ASCE INDIA SECTION invite all the active ASCE India Section Members other than student members for the Annual General Meeting followed by ASCE India Section Board of Directors Meeting on 31st March 2023 AGM will start at 10 a.m. to 10.50 a.m. and the BoD at 11 a.m. (both will be chaired by the ASCE India Section President for the period 2021 -2023) at Department of Civil Engineering, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur, Chengalpattu, Tamilnadu.
AGENDA for AGM:
Welcome by the President,
1) ASCE India Section Society registration under Society act done Karnataka status.
2) Issues Regarding the ASCE INDIA SECTION PAN and necessity of separate PAN Card for all the ASCE India Section Four Regions since the account details and annual reports are submitted to ASCE International online and they are sending 20% ASCE Fund allotment directly to the regions nowadays.
3) Regarding ASCE India Section GST/TAN / TIN done by the previous Leadership for the ASCE India Section similarly all the four Regions should have their own for GST/TAN/TIN fulfil the Government of India Requirement w.r.t. their respective region.
4) Regarding the Fund transferred to ASCE India Section previous Leadership and the current status by the ASCE India Section, Treasurer (2021-2023)
5) Introduction of the New incoming ASCE India Section Leadership (2023-2025)
6) Any other matter if approved by the chair.

AGENDA for ASCE India Section Board of Directors Meeting.
1) Welcome by the President ASCE INDIA SECTION.
2) To authorise the current outgoing ASCE India Section Leaderships to transfer all the records to new incoming ASCE India Section Leadership.
3) Also to authorise the outgoing ASCE India Section Leaderships to write to Union Bank India Branch Manager, Kolkata, where ASCE India Section SB account is there, to change the authorised signatories to the new incoming ASCE India Section Leaderships.
4) Any other matter if approved by the chair.
