Why don't you take advantage of the University you graduated from. Contact the Civil Engineering department. They should be the best source for local conditions and should know the qualified firms, You don't want to get hung up on price alone. Or do you necessarily want an International Consulting Engineering ...

Ashish, What is the elevation difference of the aquifer and the average ground elevation at the low end of the land area? If the aquifer is dray, there might be enough head difference for the collected water to recharge the aquifer with minimal (or no pumping to start with. The water would have to ...
