This looks like a great project. It seems like this is similar to a constructed wetland, but I can't tell from the rendering what kind. Is vertically dosed or subsurface flow? Great questions and I like your line of thinking. Rainwater can absolutely be a resource. Sara, This is a unique problem, but one that we've run into before. You're right that many dog parks on ground level have area drains that go directly to storm. Whether you're allowed to go to storm versus sanitary is likely going to be dependent on the location of the project. If a city has a combined ...
