Remember that applying for a professional position is NOT equivalent to writing a proposal.  NOR equivalent to writing a school paper.  Format is everything!!

A reviewer could be interested with a "customized" approach or toss it out because the applicant did NOT read the announcement.  Government Applications are very specific as to acceptance.  Please navigate the ASCE Site for several helpful points.  To me, I think you got my attention as all the key ingredients are posted albeit in a non-traditional format.

Hopefully, others can offer initial reaction and thoughts.  Please consider those hints going forward.
