You certainly achieved the "Best Resume" Award!!  My thinking is that you most likely will want to remain on the West Coast.  Consider Saint Louis (needs your expertise) and other seismic zones down the road.     

Three Questions ----> 
(1)  What is SeismoSignal??  An accelerometer?? 

(2)  What is Netica??  A data base collection system for engineering analysis??

(3)  Keep a list of your publications throughout your career!!  I like your description of studies (reviewers can bond with an understanding).  I will look for you at one of the ASCE Conferences!!
