I'm an intern for the Philadelphia Water Department and have currently been tasked with looking into windscreens for construction projects. One of our plans was rejected by the Streets department due to their requirement for reflectivity. I was wondering if anyone knew of what other municipalities are doing for their windscreens, (i.e. materials, products, stabilization, etc.)

    Ms. Johnson,

I have used Tennis Court windscreen attached to a chain link fence about 8-feet high, but it was between a school and a construction site so it was as much to hide the work as it was to block the wind. It was dark green but not reflective at all.

    Regards,
