Alexa, Water Resources is a good catch-all for water supply infrastructure (domestic water treatment and distribution), and can include hydrology, hydraulics, wastewater treatment, stormwater control, etc. Minimizing phosphorus in lakes is more related to Environmental Engineering and remediation. ...
