Description

Join ASCE YMF for our June Luncheon featuring a presentation on the 2025 SNWA Horizon Lateral Program Updates by Juan R. Rosales, P.E. and Jonathan Tull, P.E. This session will provide valuable insight into Southern Nevada Water Authority’s upcoming regional water infrastructure improvements and planning efforts that will shape the valley's future.

Come network, learn, and stay informed on one of the most impactful infrastructure programs in Southern Nevada! Lunch will be provided.

Jonathan is a Senior Program Engineer for the Southern Nevada Water Authority and Las Vegas Valley Water District. He leads an engineering Division completing pipelines, pumping stations, electrical transmission, and vertical building projects.  Mr. Tull has over 30 years of combined experience in planning, design, permitting, and construction. He is a Nevada Civil Engineer with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering and an MBA in Finance. He likes to head outdoors to enjoy the desert southwest as often as he can.

Juan is a Senior Engineering Manager for Black & Veatch. He has over 15 years of experience in large transmission pipeline design, pumping stations, wastewater treatment and conveyance. Juan has a bachelor in science from Idaho State University and is registered in several states. He is originally from Managua Nicaragua, loves to cook and his corgis.
