Description

Join us for lunch, featuring speaker Hugo A. Loaiciga, Ph.D., P.E., BC.WRE, PH, distinguished professor at UC Santa Barbara. Dr. Loaiciga will present on Water Resources Management in Santa Barbara. We will also be recognizing our 2026 award winners.
