Description

Please join CSCE's Younger Members Group for a FREE tour of Aquarion's Trap Falls Reservoir in Shelton, CT, at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. Carmine Urciuoli, a Process Engineer for Aquarion Water Company, will be giving a technical tour of Aquarion's Trap Falls Reservoir to see and understand the inner workings and construction of this water treatment plant. Attendees will learn about the functions and processes of the plant and the impact it has on the community and environment. Attendees are invited to join the CSCE YMG for an informal happy hour afterwards at Bad Sons Beer Company (251 Roosevelt Drive, Derby, CT, 06418), where people may purchase refreshments.

Attendees are asked to wear closed toe shoes and bring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) if they have it (vests, hard hats, safety glasses). Aquarion can provide PPE if needed.
