Ready to dig into some delicious food and an inspiring discussion on sustainability? 🌱 Join us on Tuesday, March 25 for an exciting talk on Building a Sustainable Future through Climate Action in Southern Nevada by Tory Jackson, PE!

Tory Jackson is the City of Henderson's Sustainability and Climate Manager. She collaborates on citywide and regional sustainability and climate action initiatives, including leading the City’s All-In Henderson Sustainability and Climate Action Plan. She earned her bachelor's degree in civil engineering from UNLV in 2010. As a professional civil engineer, she has a diverse technical background in transportation and water resources and leverages that background in her current role. Prior to the City of Henderson, she worked for a private engineering firm for 12 years as a project manager and led emergency management and resiliency projects across the US. She was awarded as ENR Southwest 2023 Top Young Professional for her work responding to natural disasters across the US.
