Description

Gardening and Landscaping at Community First! Village with Mobile Loaves and Fishes

Date: Saturday, October 19, 2024
Time: 9 am – 12 pm
Place: 9301 Hog Eye Rd Suite 950, Austin, TX 78724

What to Expect (Per Mobile Loaves & Fishes) - “A typical serve day may entail outdoor projects like serving in our Genesis Gardens, landscaping throughout our community, or other kinds of property beautification we need done at the time. They also begin with a brief orientation about Community First! Village and come to a close with a neighbor-led 30-minute walking tour.”

What to Bring (please note that the following items are required for participation) - a water bottle, closed-toe shoes, long pants or tall socks with shorts, sunscreen or bug spray, and work/gardening gloves.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your volunteer shift! Parking is available at the front of Community First! Village and conveniently located near the check-in point at the Front Porch—the white 3D-printed building facing the parking lot. Refer to the map at the bottom to help you find your way.
