Bio - Scott serves as the Manager of Design for the City of North Las Vegas.  In his role he oversees the City's Engineering Division in developing and delivering Capital Improvement Projects across the spectrum of roadway, drainage, flood control, sewer, water, parks, trails, and City facilities.  His responsibilities include managing the 10-year CIP budgets for RTC and CCRFD funding, as well as consultant selection and delivery of all projects.  During his 30+ year career, Scott has been involved in a range of activities including transportation planning, project delivery, inspections and construction.    
 

Scott has been a long-standing member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, starting as a student chapter member attending and competing in numerous conferences.  Since that time, he has served as President of the Nevada Section, Southern Nevada Branch, and Younger Member Forum. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Nevada and earned a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Bachelors Degree in Physics from Eastern Oregon University.
