Description

Speaker: Anthony Noll, Preconstruction Executive, PENTA

Anthony Noll is a Las Vegas native, U.S. Air Force veteran, and construction professional with over 11 years of experience in the delivery of large-scale hospitality and entertainment developments across Nevada, California, and Arizona. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Aerospace Studies from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV).

Anthony serves as a Preconstruction Executive at PENTA Building Group, where he leads preconstruction coordination and oversees detailed cost modeling, budgeting, and forecasting for the Hard Rock Las Vegas project. His responsibilities include managing trade partner coordination, constructability reviews, scope alignment, and risk mitigation strategies throughout all phases of preconstruction.

His project experience includes major developments such as T-Mobile Arena, Project 63, Showcase V (BLVD), Yamaava Hotel & Casino (CA) and Gila River Santan Mountain (AZ). With extensive experience working in dense urban environments, Anthony brings a disciplined, data-driven, and collaborative approach to delivering complex projects with aggressive schedules, logistical constraints, and high stakeholder involvement.
