Join us for our monthly luncheon on January 28th at 12 PM in the Clark County Government Center Pueblo Room. We’re honored to welcome Irene Lam and Brij Gulati from RTC as our guest speakers, who will be presenting on "The Price is Right - the Dark Magic of Cost Estimates".

Bio: Irene Lam has 28 years of experience in transportation engineering. She worked her way up from being the dirt bag of the company doing earthwork calculations, to training young engineers on roadway design principles. She then worked at Clark County and City of Henderson, where she managed her in-house design team with tyranny and terrorized the consultant engineers with her redline mark-ups. Irene is currently working at the RTC where she manages various bus improvement projects. Her experience includes designing freeways, managing consultant design projects, writing traffic related special provisions boilerplates, preparing specifications for annual traffic maintenance and materials contracts, and reviewing plans, traffic studies and shop drawing submittals.
