Join ASCE YMF for an engaging panel discussion where seasoned professionals share their best advice for navigating the early years of a civil engineering career. Hear insights on technical growth, career planning, workplace communication, and the lessons they wish they’d known starting out. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, learn from real experiences, and gain practical guidance you can apply immediately.

We will start the night with a keynote talk from Clay Forister, ASCE Leader Training Committee Chair.
