Region Best Practices Webinar

When:  Apr 18, 2019 from 06:00 PM to 07:00 PM (ET)

Several years ago, the Leader Training Committee (LTC) took on the initiative of publishing a Region Best Practices Guide. The purpose of this guide is to showcase Region programs and activities which have been proven successful and describe the processes and steps to arrive at those results. We hope that you will find these examples of successful activities from other Regions helpful to you in your planning of programs in your Region. The Guide may be found in the Region Governors Collaborate Community at https://collaborate.asce.org/communities/community-home/librarydocuments?communitykey=93547661-07f0-42a3-9df6-abd62ae19f79&tab=librarydocuments In order to maximize the use of this resource, LTC has invited leaders from various Regions to speak about their Region Best Practice. The next webinar will feature the following Region Best Practices:

  1. Kwame Agyare, Region 9 Director, Topic: “How to maximize your time and effectiveness on monthly Region Calls”
  2. Christina Casole, Region 2 Governor, Topic: “The Region 2 Assembly Meeting Format and its success in attracting large numbers of attendees”
  3. John Frauenhoffer, Former Region 3 Director, Topic:  “How Regions can help Struggling Sections and Branches”

There will also be ample time during the webinar for Q&A.
