Everyone is encouraged to register and pay online before the meeting. There is a $10 discount for registering online before July 3rd, 2026. Online registration closes July 8th, 2026. Cancel prior to 11:59 PM on July 3rd, 2026, for a full refund. All online registration must be paid in full by July 8th. Walk-in registration on site the day of the event will incur an additional $20 charge. Cash, credit & checks will be accepted at the meeting for walk in registration. 
 
A cash raffle will be conducted at this meeting. All proceeds from raffle ticket sales benefit our scholarship fund. 
 
Please note in the comments section of the registration page if you need a vegetarian / gluten-free meal.

Note: Due to timing issues with the venue, we will not be able to fulfill any dietary requests after the early deadline has passed. If you have a dietary request, please be sure to register before the early deadline.
