Mark your calendars for ASCE2027 in Philadelphia, February 28-March 5, 2027!

For the first time, the brightest minds in civil engineering and infrastructure from our Institutes and the Center for Technical Advancement’s divisions will come together to tackle the challenges facing our world. This inaugural cross-disciplinary event will replace all ASCE’s technical conferences and the ASCE Convention. It creates unique opportunities for collaboration, new discoveries, and advancement and brings the ASCE mission, vision, and strategic objectives to life.

ASCE2027 | March 1–5, 2027 | ASCE

Why do this? Civil engineers have always been at the forefront of building the future. We face immense issues today that challenge our very survival. No one organization can tackle these alone. It requires our coming together across sectors and disciplines. ASCE is uniquely positioned to be a leader and a convener of the expertise needed to ensure the resiliency, sustainability, and future of our infrastructure and built environment.

Who is it for? This event is for all who are invested in the future of our built environment. The target audience is practicing professionals in both the public and private sectors, academics, executive decision-makers, influencers, and adjacent and allied professionals, for a senior-level audience with dedicated space for students and early career professionals.

How to submit? ASCE2027: f, a first-of-its-kind event bringing together big thinkers from across the infrastructure space, is inviting you to submit your ideas and help fuel discussions among infrastructure professionals from around the globe and of every background. The call for content is open with current deadline of March 4, 2026. We are particularly interested in submissions with these key themes:
