Webinar for Struggling Sections and Branches - Spring 2023

Each year the Leader Training Committee (LTC) reviews all of the Section and Branch Annual Reports. During our review, the Committee identifies Sections and Branches that were listed as inactive or facing challenges. In an effort to help these Sections and Branches, LTC has developed a webinar for Struggling Sections and Branches. The webinar is based on several Best Practices that have been successful in reversing dwindling interest and renewing activities for struggling Sections and Branches.  Speakers with first-hand experience in reviving struggling Sections/Branches will be presenting and imparting ideas and strategies to help in your revitalization efforts.
