Committee Chair Training Webinar

In keeping with the ongoing efforts of leadership training for our Section, Branch, Region, Institute, and Society leaders, the Leader Training Committee will be conducting a Committee Chair Training webinar. The goal is to address some of the following challenges facing a Committee Chair at all ASCE levels:

  • Understanding the ASCE Committee Basics
  • Committee Chair Responsibilities and Duties
  • Running an Effective Meeting
  • Building and Motivating Your Team
  • Important Resources

The webinar is scheduled for September 21st at 2pm EDT.
