Catoctin Branch ASCE Lunch & Learn

Roadway Design in Washington County

Presented by: Pamela Mohn, P.E. Chief of Design, Division of Engineering

With 900 miles of roads that Washington County maintains currently, why do we need more?  It takes a village to build a road, and the process to construction is full of hills and curves.

About the Speaker: Pamela Mohn is a graduate of the University of Maryland with over 30 years experience.  She spent over 20 years with a private design firm and has been with Washington County for the last 10 years and is currently the Chief of Design.
