This FRP presentation will cover the basics of FRP constituent materials, its key composite material properties, manufacturing technologies, proven and emerging applications in construction, design principles and its limitations, existing and new codes & standards, quality requirements, and explain how and why they fit in the 4th Industrial Revolution and global sustainability goals.

Zlatan has over 30 years of broad practical and theoretical hands-on experience in Engineering/Construction/Management with sound in-depth
Civil & Structural technical background, and the economics involved. He possesses cross-functional and multi - disciplinary exposure within
Fossil/Nuclear Power, Oil Gas & Chemical, Metal & Mining, and Commercial sector. He is recognized within Bechtel Corporation for his
professional competence as a Bechtel Distinguished Technical Specialist in Concrete, Steel and Fiber Reinforced Polymers (FRP) for civil,
structural, architectural and mechanical applications. He is committed to Zero Accident tolerance, Quality, Closed Loop Correction Action program
and is an active contributor to Knowledge Networks. He has an extensive knowledge of Regulations, Codes & Standards, Inspection and Testing
procedures, and QA/QC programs & requirements. He advises Bechtel management on FRP subject matter, has an active role in key internationally
recognized FRP Committees and Associations, and has been well connected within broad FRP industry network.
