Please join CSCE at our monthly meeting at the University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT, on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. At this meeting, Greg Sommer, West Hartford Town Engineer, and Joseph Balskus, P.E., PTOE, RSP1, Director of Transportation Systems with VHB, will give a presentation on West Hartford Road Diets Success Stories: North Main Street, New Park Avenue, and Complete Street Improvements. Attendees may earn one (1) New York State PDH will be offered at this meeting. This meeting will be co-sponsored by the CT Chapter of the ASCE Transportation & Development Institute and the ASCE Student Chapter at the University of Hartford.
