The LCEC&S is a two day event jointly sponsored by the New Orleans Branch of ASCE and the New Orleans Chapter of the American Concrete Institute (ACI).  The event was created to provide an affordable way to obtain professional development hours for our local civil engineering community.  We solicit papers and presentations in all civil engineering disciplines as well as engineering practice, and management.  Our conference features presentations from government, regulatory agencies, academia, and private practice on the state of the practice engineering, ethics, and an array of other timely and relevant topics
