We are thrilled to invite you to the 2026 ASCE-NCS Annual Awards Gala, a night dedicated to celebrating the remarkable people and projects defining the future of our region.
This year, we are taking the celebration to new heights. Join us for a Black Tie Optional evening featuring a vibrant atmosphere, upgraded audiovisual production, and an elevated dining experience. It promises to be a memorable night of connection, recognition, and inspiration.

Carol Ellinger Haddock, P.E., MPA, F.ASCE

ASCE 2026 President-Elect

We are honored to feature Carol Haddock as our keynote speaker. A dynamic leader and Professor-in-the-Practice at Rice University, Carol recently concluded a landmark tenure as the Director of Houston’s Department of Public Works, where she became the first woman to lead the largest public works agency in the United States.
She currently serves as Vice-Chair of ASCE’s Committee on America’s Infrastructure, helping to shape the 2025 Report Card.
