Lessons Learned from Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Projects
Healthcare facility owners demand predictable, high-performing projects that meet stringent regulatory, operational, and lifecycle requirements while minimizing risk and disruption to ongoing clinical operations. This presentation explores what healthcare owners truly value, drawing on lessons learned from recent Mid-Atlantic healthcare projects across a range of facility types.

Presenters:
Mark Ahern - Managing Director
Mark is a Civil Engineering graduate of Lafayette College and has spent a career in Construction Management and Project Management in the mid-Atlantic. He has delivered projects in Sports Arenas, Retail, Corporate Office, Life Sciences, Cultural, Industrial, and has a specific concentration in Healthcare over the last 20 years. His hobbies include home improvement, woodworking, and boating.

Kristen Stover - Vice President, Project and Development Services
Kristen is a Building Construction graduate of Virginia Tech and currently serves as Vice President leading JLL’s Richmond Development Healthcare and Life Sciences Team. She has delivered ground-up Hospitals, a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Campus, and Tenant fit-outs within both project types during her 10 years at JLL. Her hobbies include dog-rescue volunteering, supporting local restaurants, and traveling.
