REGION 5 PURPOSE: To advance the profession by inspiring members, creating excitement, and promoting excellence in Civil Engineering.

1. 5 min. - Director Introduction (Peter Moore)

2. 15 min. - Attendee Introductions (All Attendees)

3. 10 min. – Region 5 Government Relations Update (Brian Pallasch)

4. 10 min. - Region 5 Information (Steven Goldstein) – Sections, Branches, YMGs, Student Chapters). R5 composition, purpose, and goals

5. 5 min. - Region 5 Website (Lawren Pratt) – Collaborate, link to Sections, Branches, YMGs, SCs, etc., upcoming events

6. 5 min. - Region Awards Program (Jeff Earhart) – Engineer of the Year, Young Engineer of the Year, Lifetime Achievement

7. 5 min. – Region 5 Grants Program (Kat Gurd)

8. 5 min. - Group Photo (Peter)

9. 15 min. - (Stretch Break – Networking and Card Swap)

10. 5 min. - R5 Assembly Survey (Peter) - What can we improve / do next year (timing, topics, technical presentation, tours, awards, social, etc.)?

11. 40 min. – Open Floor Topics (Peter / All R5 Gov) – [Attendee Participation – updates, lessons learned] Questions for Region Director or Governors?
