ASCE Committee Chair Webinar - Serving the Society through Strategic Planning – Turning well intende

The Leader Training Committee invites you to attend a follow up session to our Committee Chair training that was held last December. This webinar on Strategic Planning for your committee will be led by Craig Quadrato, chair of the Member Communities Committee, on May 25 at 2 pm EDT. Craig has been leading the strategic planning efforts for MCC for the past couple of years. The title of the webinar is “Serving the Society through Strategic Planning – Turning well intended ideas into well thought out and resourced plans.”

 

This webinar content will be valuable in developing or enhancing strategic planning efforts for your committee and tying your plan into your ASCE budget.
