Celebrating our members, your projects, and you!  Join us at City Winery for a night of fun and fellowship with ASCE members.  Congratulate our Award winners, hear about our Society, and welcome our new Board of Directors for the 2026-2027 year.

IMPORTANT NOTE: HOW TO REGISTER A PLUS ONE

  • Registrants Tab: When you select "Are you registering others?" enter your plus one's information and add them as a Registrant.
  • Registration Choices Tab: select Plus One registration choice in addition to your registration choice. The system will apply both choices incorrectly to you and your Plus One.
  • Itinerary Tab: confirms that both registration choices will be applied to you and your Plus One.
  • Payment Options Tab: click on each registrant's name (you and your Plus One's) and remove the incorrect registration options. You will cycle back through the previous Tabs before returning to the Payment Options Tab, where the registration options will now be correctly assigned to you and your Plus One and you can complete the process by clicking Register and Pay Now.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

The full event fee is due upon booking and is required to reserve a space in the event.

5+ days before the event starts, cancel for a full refund minus a $5 administration fee.

<5 days prior to the event starts, funds are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If an event is cancelled by ASCE Georgia, all funds paid are 100% refundable.
