Engineers Without Boarders USA provides humanitarian engineering across the world, empowering communities to meet their basic human needs and positively impacting the lives of nearly 3.5 million people. Since 2005, our local Sacramento Valley Professional Chapter has helped over 5,000 people in Belize, Kenya, South Africa, and Gambia! We partner with communities to provide clean accessible water, agricultural irrigation, safe sanitation, drainage infrastructure, and roadway improvements. We have two active projects in Nicaragua and Malawi where we use our engineering expertise to design and help build sustainable household latrines and a reliable water system for the local communities.
