2026-2027 Illinois Region Future City Sponsorship

FUTURE CITY 2027 THEME:
The theme of this year’s competition is “Fire Resilient Future”. Students will design a resilient future city that can prevent, protect, and recover from urban wildfires that keep their citizens and the environment safe. Teams will work through the stages of the engineering design process and apply specific project management methods as they tackle this year’s theme and prepare their essays, models, and presentations.

SPONSORSHIP:
Monetary and volunteer support from our community is instrumental in putting on this applied, collaborative STEM program. By becoming a sponsor you can help 6th-8th grade students bring their creative solutions to life as they imagine, design, and build cities of the future. Sponsors’ logos will be displayed at the regional competition as well as on the t-shirts that will be provided to the competing teams.  You have the option of providing your company’s swag to be included in the swag bag for the teams.
