I always like to ask questions about the company culture and expectations. It can be hard to get a glimpse behind the curtain in the short time frame given for an interview. I like to ask specific questions about the office (or work-site) atmosphere, employee centered events the company puts on, and ask for any statistics they may be able to share about employee satisfaction. For expectations, I like to ask about what kind of hours and flexibility are offered and expected. It's good to get an early idea of what you're walking into while you're interviewing. 

I'd love to hear what questions others have when it comes to interviewing!

My mentor from college always said "10000 days, that's roughly how many days you'll be working full-time throughout your life [pick a worthwhile career]." Thus,

• What specific day-to-day duties can I expect?
• Will you support my professional licensure AND activities financially?
• What sustainability initiatives is your company pursuing?

• MOST IMPORTANT, ask how to follow-up with interviewer directly (name, phone, email) to cut through some companies' red-tape/bureaucracy
