I always like to ask questions about the company culture and expectations. It can be hard to get a glimpse behind the curtain in the short time frame given for an interview. I like to ask specific questions about the office (or work-site) atmosphere, employee centered events the company puts on, and ask for any statistics they may be able to share about employee satisfaction. For expectations, I like to ask about what kind of hours and flexibility are offered and expected. It's good to get an early idea of what you're walking into while you're interviewing.
