The "Virtual Inbox Test" tool is an estimator that can sometimes have some unexpected results. This tool uses scripts to create an example of what a message could look like across many different email clients and devices.
While this test may show the text as un-readable, this is likely not the case when actually delivered. Most devices and email clients, when using dark mode, will automatically account for things like text color so this may not be the actual appearance of the image in an inbox.
The most accurate testing is to send it to inboxes directly.
