  • 1.  Updates to workflow changes in the email marketing tool

    Below is sneak peek and a quick a summary of changes we are making to the tabs of Message Designer within Thrive Marketing Professional (Informz):

    • The tab order and labels in Message Designer are being updated to a clearer, more logical flow - the tabs will be renamed to and ordered as:
      • Select Template
      • Design Message
      • Choose Properties
      • Review Message
      • Send Message

    • The most significant change you'll notice here from our previous tab structure is the "Review & Send" tab being split into two dedicated tabs:
      • Review Message: includes message preview, personalization testing, virtual inbox test, send test, send for review, and get count functionality.
      • Send Message: contains scheduling options, delivery methods, and the auto resend feature.

    • Important to note:
      • These updates do not affect the Campaign Message Designer, the From HTML message editor or Template Designer within Thrive Marketing Professional (Informz).

      • Existing validation, error messages and envelope/target group assignment functionality remain unchanged; features related to designing, editing and sending messages are unaffected as well.


    We are really excited to see this change go live and hope that it creates a smoother, more logical workflow for all of you that are creating and sending messages out of Thrive Marketing Professional (Informz) on a daily basis!

    Once this change goes live, our Message Designer knowledgebase articles in the Support Center will be updated to reflect these changes after tonight's release - just in case you are looking for more detailed information about this change and Message Designer as a whole.
