Cerberus Upload Problems
(updated per ASCE staff direction 3/13)
Teams have been reporting Cerberus upload problems. If your team has upload problems please send an email to jupmeyer@... (collaborate won't let me post the email address as a single string), subject "SSC <your symposium name> Submission <Your school name>" with a screenshot documenting the upload error.
ASCE will generate updated upload link that functions properly. When you upload your files, please ALSO upload a PDF of the aforementioned email sent to ASCE - this will serve as the timestamp.
Upload Troubleshooting
Fully close the browser window, open your upload link again, and retry the upload.
If problems still occur, try in an Incognito/Private window, or clear cookies/cache and retry.
