    Hi everyone, I'm Bryce Carver the Columbia Section President. I wanted to start a Columbia Section forum thread discussion so that everyone can say hi and get acquainted with the collaborate website. It's also a good way for me to see how many active members we have. 

    Spread the word to ASCE members about this cool Collaborate website tool designed to help members communicate and collaborate better! I highly suggest looking at the "Get Started - Welcome to Thrive" page located at the top of page menu options (Welcome To Thrive - ASCE Collaborate). There are lots of beginner type training videos setup by Tirza Austin.

    I'm Paul Knutzen, the current Columbia Section Treasurer and have played a lot of roles in our Section over the years.  Thank you Bryce for figuring out this new tool that ASCE offers to collaborate, I wasn't aware of it before until now.

    Thanks for saying hello David! If setup correctly, you should be getting email updates as well to these forum discussions. Also, feel free to setup your profile with a headshot. 

    As far as Section updates and future events, we plan to use this website and potentially newsletters emailed out to everyone to inform Members of current officers, ASCE awards, future events, and website links such as collaborate or social media.
