Please plan to join the Bull Run Branch for our Field Trip and Luncheon Meeting at Loudoun Water on June 17, 2026. The Meeting and Tour will be at the Water Reclamation Facilities, which will be an excellent theme tied into our upcoming release of the 2026 Infrastructure Report Card for Virginia. The Branch will be sending out a registration form soon for this Field Trip. This Meeting and Tour will be limited to 15 Members. So please only register if you know you can attend.
The presentation will be led by Ms. Jennifer Kaberline, the Loudoun Water Program Director for Water Reclamation. Lunch will be provided by the Branch, with take-out sandwiches, chips, desserts, and drinks (of course no water in plastic bottles, Loudoun Water produces outstanding drinking water, so bring your reusable water containers). The Branch will provide a PDH for attending the Presentation and Tour.
For the tour, you will be required to wear closed toed shoes (preferably boots) and safety vests. Please bring your own safety gear, if possible. We will maintain the tight schedule, since many of our members, still working, will need to get back to protecting the health and safety of the public. So, you will need to be arrive 10 minutes before noon (11:50 a.m.) at 44865 Loudoun Water Way, Ashburn, VA 20147. Parking is open to all visitors, so when you arrive, please come into the Administrative Building (the one with the large flags) and check in at the front desk. Branch Officers will be there early to help direct everyone over to the Broad Run facility. Our host will meet us in the lobby and escort us over to Broad Run (short walk)!

Since we are limited and many Members will want to participate, we want to ensure full attendance. We will have a waiting list, so if you have registered in good faith, but have an emergency, please notify Victor Crawford, at vcrawford@... as soon as possible so can have a member from the waiting list attend.
