I try creating an event under Communities. How will non-member register when I included the link to Informz for the newsletter? 

Is there other platform to create events available to both member and non-member?

I have not found any tutorial on RSVP for non-member.

As the community admin you can configure who can register. Full registration allows anyone with an ASCE account (member and nonmembers) to register and simple registration allows guest logins so they just need to provide name, email and company.
