|
Adds a link to the online/web version of your mailing. (There are no additional controls.)

Form Landing Page
|
Adds a link to a Form Landing Page. Click the Landing Page menu to select a Landing Page.

Content-Only Landing Page
|
Adds a link to a Content-Only Landing Page. Click the Landing Page menu to select a Landing Page.

Unsubscribe Hyperlink
|
Adds a link to the required unsubscribe hyperlink.
· Landing Page - An Unsubscribe Landing Page. Click the Landing Page menu to select a Landing Page. Note that all Thrive Marketing Professional accounts have a default unsubscribe Landing Page.
· External Link - An external unsubscribe web page. Like other web page hyperlinks, there are URL and optional Name (for reports) fields, and a disable tracking checkbox.

Adds a link to an email address. When readers click the link, their default email client opens a new draft email message with the specified address.
· Email - Specify the target email address.
· Subject - Specify a subject line for the message (optional).

Adds a link to a file that readers can download. Click Select Document to load a file from Asset Manager or to upload a new one. After you've inserted a file, the button updates to Change.

Adds a link to a calendar event.
· Event Title - Click the dropdown and select a survey to link to.
· Start and End Dates - Use the calendars to indicate the start and end dates of the event.
· Description - Provide a brief description of the event.
· Location - Specify the location (e.g., online or an address) of the event.
· URL - Specify the web address of the event info (optional).
· Name - Specify a recognizable name for the file.
· Disable Tracking - Check the box to disable tracking for this hyperlink.

|
Adds a link to a survey.

3. Can newsletters be archived or saved as PDFs?
Once you click on a web version of a mailing you can right click and "print to pdf" on your computer and save that locally
4. Can emails be viewed in a browser/web page? How do we configure that? How long do those pages "live"
Yes, hyperlink to "web version" of this mailing
5. Segmenting – this was more relevant before a/b send to winner. Customers would create subsets of target groups to do their own a/b split testing. Now it's not as relevant because you have A/B testing
