Are there guidelines for the design of new buildings that take into account traffic in Miami? I've been watching the Brickell development since 2011. I haven't noticed any upgrades to the transportation infrastructure in this area. Massive vehicular traffic has arrived in Brickell with the new residents. Perhaps here we should apply the experience of cities such as London, restricting entry, or creating intercepting parking lots for visitors to the area. What do you think about it? I think this is a good question for city planners.
