The workflow for registration with additional registration options only lets you select one option. You would need to click on each person in the pricing option and edit their choices. You can see in the invoice below. Both registrants have a different choice selected now. This isn't ideal. I'll see if there's something we can do to improve this experience but it is how it is currently functioning.
