    Hello all:

    I am a graduate student at California State University, Long Beach and I am working on a research project that required me to conduct survey on engineers/contractors with working experience oversea. I would like to kindly ask for your help in taking this survey. The project is about evaluation of risk management factors for successful completion of building construction projects in China from the perspective of foreign owner-builders.
