I tied re-bar with a construction in Boston about 20 years ago and I recomended adding an electrical current to the re-bar that prevented the concrete from falling below the frezzing point. We tried this at a large project on the Boston waterfront that supported container ship cranes. I want to find out how much value this innovation is. I have a Mass. construction license that this is mentioned and I am not allowed to see this. Can someone verify what I am looking for. The company is not is business. I was a member of ironworkers local#7 Boston. The amount of snow that has to be moved in the winter is expensive. I want to know if this method is cost effective. I am 58 now. Does anyone know Modern Continental Construction? I know they knew. My signature was with them on a project that has some industrial design. Thank You Donald K Roche.
