It is with great sadness, that ASCE/SEI is announcing the cancellation of SEI's Structures Congress 2020 in St. Louis. With increasing concerns over the continued spread of COVID-19, our national efforts to contain the spread, and concern for our attendees' health, we have decided to cancel the Structures Congress.
We want to thank everyone for their time and effort in planning and intended participation in the Congress. An excellent program has been assembled and we are now shifting our focus to the possibility of holding a virtual Congress to be able to share the tremendous content. Additional information will forthcoming as those plans progress.
We will be honoring all requests for a full refund including previously processed cancellations. You will be receiving an email next week with more information about processing refunds. Please be certain to cancel your travel arrangements including your hotel reservation.
We especially want to recognize the work of all our presenters, the SEI National Technical Program Committee, the St. Louis local planning committee members, and all our volunteers and the attendees who make the Congress the premier event for structural engineers. We look forward to seeing you and celebrating SEI's 25th Anniversary in-person at the 2021 Structures Congress in Seattle.
On behalf of SEI President Glenn Bell, the SEI Board of Governors, and your SEI Staff, thank you for your understanding and continued commitment to the profession.
