Answers to our questions from constant Contact: How will users be alerted to update their payment method? The system will prompt the user to pay upon login.
Will users be able to access their accounts if the payment method isn't updated? They will always be able to access the account but if a payment method is not added once prompted by the system, they will be unable to continue.
Can users continue to access & use the event registration feature, but not send out emails? What is the fee associated? The services we offer are not a-la-carte so we charge based on the package and list size. As long as their list does not go beyond the lowest tier which is 0 - 500 email addresses then yes they would be only charged at the bottom tier.
