Is there an example of the 'Calculate Area and/or Volume' task under Category IV of the field tasks?
Please refer to sect 9.3 and Appendix D of Surveying Comp. Rules. Also refer to any surveying textbook for area and volume calculations.

What is the minimum percentage of the building that needs to be used for distribution? What percentage of the building can be for other uses, for example office space?
Teams should decide what is appropriate based on your design and any reasonable assumptions. Teams can also discuss in the presentation about these assumptions.

How many floors is the building allowed to be?
Please check zoning ordinances on Cerberus and make appropriate assumptions.

Does the ratio of one parking space to 500 SF of the building apply to all square footage of the building? Or does it only apply to spaces like office space?
Parking should be calculated from overall floor space, not just the office portion.
